Order Processing

Q: How long does it take to process an order?

We typically process orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Q: How long does it take for the tracking status to become available?

After the order is processed and shipped which occurs within 1 to 2 business days please allow up to 24 hours for the carriers (such as UPS, USPS) to update the package tracking status.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Q: How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates are determined based on the destination and weight of the package.

Q: Where do you ship from?

All products ship from our warehouses in USA.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries, including Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates. 

Q: Can I ship to a P.O. box address?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at the moment. We utilize UPS as one of our main carriers, and they have a policy that prevents delivery to P.O. boxes.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Q: What should I do if I haven't received my order within the estimated delivery time?

If you haven't received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@unkai.us with your name and order number. We will investigate the issue and provide assistance.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the full order amount.

Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@unkai.us as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these situations on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
